Host: DeAnne has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology from Bucknell University and a Master’s degree in Applied Physiology from Columbia University Teacher’s College. Over her 30+ year career, she has become a Board-certified Massage Therapist, and a Yoga Alliance 500-hour Yoga Teacher. She is a serial entrepreneur and the Creative Energetic Orchestrator (CEO) of her brand, GAUYAFIT, and the creator of Beyond Aging Gracefully with her signature S.U.R.F.E.R.S. Method. She is a passionate, life-long learner motivated to share what she has learned and help as many people as possible in her lifetime.

DeAnne is on a mission to help as many people (55 - 80 y.o.a.) as she can by providing customized, holistic fitness solutions and redesigned lifestyles so these Midlifers can live full, happy, and healthy lives well into their 80's and beyond. Her classes and trainings blend the latest research in Exercise Science, Nutrition, Mind-Body Medicine, and Neuroscience with the ancient wisdom from Buddhism and Yoga with. She specializes in optimal aging for people over 60.
