Creative Zen Workshop
Creative Zen workshops focus on mindfulness practices that are unique and easily accessible, regardless of meditation or mindfulness experience. This workshop offers two practices: personal reflection through the Essentials card deck, and mindful creation through neurographic art.
The reflection portion will take 1 hour and involve both large and small group exercises. Participants will need writing materials. Decks will be available for sale after the workshop or may be included in the workshop fee.
The creation portion will take 1and a half hours and is done in a large group with each person creating their own art. Participants will need drawing paper roughly 5”x7” in size, black sharpie markers, and a variety of colored pencils, and markers.
Total workshop time, including a short break between activities is 2 hours and 45 min.
